Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Custom PS3.

In a new layer draw a wide #1E1E1E rectangle. The exact size is 646px x 30px.

Step two:

In a new layer draw a black line across the rectangle.

Set the layer’s opacity level to 30%.

Step three:

In a new layer draw the 1 px white line shown on the image below.

Set the layer’s opacity level to 30%.

Step four:

In a new layer draw a 2px white line as seen on the image below.

Set layer’s opacity level to 37%.
