    Step five:


  • In a new layer draw a #C9CBD0 rectangle on the right side.
  • Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay.

    Step six:


  • Draw a black rectangle as seen on the image below, this will be the cd-rom.
  • Add the following layer styles: Stroke.

    Step seven:


  • Grab the pen tool and trace out a curve shape on the corner of cd-rom.
  • Fill path with #A7A8AC.

    Step eight:


  • Create the other side.
