Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Futuristiclogov5.0.

In a new layer draw a #5000B3 circle. The exact size of this circle is 170px x 170px.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Stroke.

Step two:

In a new layer, draw a #290063 circle on the center. This circle is slightly smaller than the circle from step one.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step three:

In a new layer, draw a #290063 polygon using polygon tool with 3 sides. Position this polygon at the bottom of the logo, the exact size of this polygon is .65 inches.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Stroke.

Step four:

Using the same techniques and layer-style settings step three, draw another #290063 polygon but this time pointing up and position at the top of the logo OR just duplicate the layer and rotate then edit settings.

Since this polygon is pointing up, we need to modify the angle settings on both Inner Shadow and Stroke layer-styles. For Inner Shadow, change angle to 90 and Stroke to -90.
