Step five:

Again using the same elements create a polygon facing left.

And ofcourse you have to edit the angles in Inner Shadow and Stroke layer-styles. Change the angle in Inner Shadow to 0 and stroke to 180.

Step six:

Last of the set, create a polygon facing right.

Edit the angles in Inner Shadow and Stroke layer-styles. Change the angle in Inner Shadow to 180 and stroke to 0.

Step seven:

Select polygon tool and set your foreground color to white.

In a new layer draw a white polygon pointing left. Match the size as seen on the picture guide for quality results.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step eight:

Now do the other side. Use the same technique and layer-styles setting (eccept for the angles) from last step.

Modify the angle settings for Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay. Inner Shadow to 180, Gradient Overlay to 0.
