Step thirteen:

Duplicate three more and position on each side.

Step fourteen:

In a new layer draw a white circle as seen on the center of the progress logo.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Stroke.

Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step fifteen:

In a new layer draw a white small polygon as seen on the picture guide below.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step sixteen:

Now do the same for the top side of the logo.
