Step one:
Create a new layer-set called Report From Battlefield.
Add the name of your report using Font Eurostile and #FFFFFF for color.
Add the following layer styles:
Gradient Overlay

Step two:
Set your brush tool to a 5px hard brush and white color. Now go to Brushes > Shape Dynamics and add this
settings
. Add
Texture settings
.
Create a new layer then set the layer’s blending mode to Darken.
Add the following layer styles:
Satin
,
Color Overlay
,
Gradient Overlay
.
Picture guide below shows normal brushing to rendered brush stroke with layer styles attached.
Step three:
Step two provided you with all the information on creating the effect shown below. All you have to do is brush in random pattern.
Step four:
In a new layer, brush
#14881C
as seen on the picture guide.
Set layer’s blending mode to Linear Burn.
