    Step nine:


  • Create a new layer and draw a white rounded rectangle with radius of 4px.
  • Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

    Step ten:


  • Create a new layer and merge with rounded rectangle layer from step nine.
  • Rotate tags.
  • Erase a hole on the tag using a hard eraser brush.

    Final:


  • Report From Battlefield.
