Step nine:

Create a new layer and draw a white rounded rectangle with radius of 4px.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Step ten:

Create a new layer and merge with rounded rectangle layer from step nine.

Rotate tags.

Erase a hole on the tag using a hard eraser brush.

Final:

Report From Battlefield.
