Step thirteen:

Add the rest of your navigation links with some space between.

Step fourteen:

In a new layer draw a black round rectangle over the navigation glass plate. (width: 585 x height: 15)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Set layer’s blending mode to Lighten.

Step fifteen:

In a new layer, draw a small #8E0000 rectangle, This will be your spacer structure. (width: 5 x height: 22)

Add the following layer styles: Stroke

Step sixteen:

Add more spacer between each navigation links.
