Step five:

Again make another circle in a new layer. (width: 45 x height: 45)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Set layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Set layer’s opacity level to 70%.

Step six:

Duplicate the glare layer from step five. Position as shown below and set the layer’s opacity level to 36%.

Step seven:

Add your welcome message or just your name using font Eurostile, bold, 12pt, smooth and #FFFFFF for color.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow.

Step eight:

Add an “enter” text using the same technique from step seven.
