Step nine:

In a new layer add a 2px border around your whole splash graphic.

Set the layer’s opacity level to 4%.

Step ten:

In a new layer draw a white rectangle. (width: 45 x height: 45)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Set layer’s opacity level to 3%.

Step eleven:

Duplicate the white transparent structure from step 10, Set them up as shown below.

Step twelve:

Finish it off with your copyright info at the bottom.
