Add your slogan on the space next to your website name.

Now design the navigation interface. Create a new layer and draw a rectangle with #00A2FF color shade and 972×32 px dimensions.

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow and Inner Shadow blending options to your blue rectangle layer. Then set the layer’s opacity level to 41%.
