Futuristic Header in Photoshop

Step 7:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to the motioned blur swirly line layer.

Now add a similar but smaller glow effects connected with the first one, just duplicate the ‘Glowing Lights’ layer set and resize it through Edit > Transform > Scale. You should also do some rotating so each glowing lights has a unique look.

Step 9:

Here we added more glow effects waving through the original.

Step 10:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial Black, regular, 36 pt, strong and white color shade. In a new text layer type your website name on the header space.

Now under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Satin and Stroke blending options. Then set the layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Step 11:

In a new layer draw a long rectangle with 968 x 34 px dimensions and #1A403C color shade on the bottom end of the header space, this rectangle will hold your navigations.

Step 12:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to the dark green rectangle layer. Then set the layers opacity level to 49%.

Step 13:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial, regular, 15 pt, none and white color shade. In a new text layer type out your navigation links with spacers on the interface.
