Futuristic Logo in Photoshop

Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 500×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #001B31 color shade. Now in a new layer draw a circle with #00294B color shade and 170 x 170 px dimensions.

Step 2:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your circle layer.

Step 3:

Duplicate your large circle design layer and turn it off for later. Now merge your large circle layer with a blank layer. Then resize the circle design through Edit > Transform > Scale by a couple of pixels.

Step 4:

Now duplicate your circle design twice and re size them in different sizes and center it as shown below.

Step 5:

Once again duplicate your circle design for the last time and re size so its the smallest circle design on the logo. Then nudge it down from the center as shown below. Now create a new layer set called ‘Logo Design’ and put all your circle design layers inside.

Step 6:

Duplicate your ‘Logo Design’ layer set and merge it through Layer > Merge Layer Set. Then resize the copy of your logo design down as shown below.

Step 7:

Turn off your background so its transparent. Then add a marquee selection around your entire logo design and copy merge it through Edit. Now apply a Gaussian Blur through Filter > Blur, use the settings below and nudge it up by a couple of pixels.

Step 8:

Set the blurred design layer’s blending mode to Hard Light at 83% opacity level.

Step 9:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Arial Rounded MT Bold, regular, 48 pt, smooth and 89C4E0 color shade. In a new text layer type your website name.
